It came! It came!

First things first...Amy is hosting a round robin today over at Keeping up with the Shultz Family. Amy is such a sweetheart and goes out of her way to make friends. Go visit her to check out the round robin! I decided to link up to an old tutorial I posted when I first started, before I had made very many fabulous new bloggy friends. So if you're here for the round robin, go here.

Next Kasey from All That is Good tagged me with the 8 tag (that's what I call it). Kasey is the creator of Friend Makin' Mondays that I and so many of you participate in each week. She's a genius! I think many of us owe our friendships to FMM! Go check out her blog, FMM isn't the only wonderful thing it has to offer! I have already fulfilled this tag here. I was going to do it again because I think it's so fun....BUT I didn't think you all would want to hear 24 more things about me yet! If you haven't seen my answers yet, you can check them out here.

Now...look what the mailman just brought to my door!

I have been eagerly awaiting this package for days! Bet ya can't guess what it is! Jewelry? nope. A giveaway I won? Ha! Fat chance! Maybe a swap package?...nah, I haven't done one yet!

I'll give you a little peak into the box....
Did you guess yet? THIS my friends is a box of Amberlyn Gourmet Chocolates.

Haven't heard of them? They are a fairly new discovery for me as well...but they have been a lifesaver!
I've shared this secret with a couple of you, but I decided this fabulousness is worthy of ALL my bloggy friends knowing about.

I first met AmberLyn at my local Sam's club. I think I told some of you Costco, but it was actually Sam's. They had a promotion going and samples of all their delicious products. They make sugar free chocolate! Now I know that sounds gross, but it's not. I don't know all the technical stuff, but I will tell you what the guy told me.

There are NO artificial ingredients, including artificial sweeteners! They sweeten it by breaking down wheat to the malt. This is what sweetens the chocolate. I believe it was originally created as a diabetic chocolate. But even if you're not diabetic, this chocolate is great!

I tasted it. Seriously good stuff. Rich, creamy, chocolatey goodness! I don't sell this stuff, or get a commission, or anything like that. I just really love it! It has been a lifesaver when I am craving chocolate, but don't want to sabotage my weight loss.

Each bar is 4 points on Weight Watchers (I don't do WW, but just an FYI). I usually just break off one or 2 squares, and that does the trick for me! I put together a little comparison with a Hershey's bar out of curiosity, and thought I would share. Oh, and p.s., I actually like this chocolate better than Hershey's!

The Hershey's bar is a little bigger, but here's the comparison:
Calories: Hershey - 210, Amberlyn - 170
Carbs: Hershey - 26, Amberlyn - 18
sugars: Hershey - 24, Amberlyn - 3!

I just thought I'd share for those of you who love chocolate, but are trying to avoid it for health/weight loss reasons. I love it! My favorite flavors...Coconut Macadamia Nut, and English Toffee.
* clarification: I don't know that Sam's and Costco actually stock this regularly...I think it's just when they are having their promotions. You can order directly from the website though, and get a schedule of their Costco and Sam's promotion dates.

Stopping by from Amy's Round Robin Party to say hello! I'm going to have to find a Sam's Club. We've got Costco, but I don't know about Sam.

Enjoy your Easter!

Hi Xasmin! Happy for you!

Looks yummy!

By the way, I noticed that your 3rd column is way down. Here's a way to fix it, if you're interested:

Go to customize and click Edit HTML. Your problem is with the spacing, It's easy to tweak the width.

Ctrl + F: to find

/* Page Structure

Find the width and dabble with it. For example my widths are below:

#outer-wrapper {
width:925px;
margin:0 auto;

#main-wrap1 {
width:485px;
float:$startSide;

#sidebar-wrap {
width:215px;

#sidebar-wrap-two {
width:210px;

Adjust width as desired.

ALWAYS save your original backup template in case you make a mistake.

ALWAYS Click PREVIEW before SAVING TEMPLATE.

Hope this helps.

Have a happy day! :)

That's a great idea! Maybe I will get some and not tell my husband. Ok maybe I will have to because he is on a diet and is really trying not to eat bad. So it would be for him. Wonder if he would like them?! He will love that they are 4points! (My mom is WW queen so I know all that). If I ever order them I will let you know if we like them!
Jumped over from SITS. Thanks for the chocolate info. it sounds wonderful. I think I'll go check it out.

Come on over to my blog, I have a super cute Monogram Bag giveaway going on!

Thanks for the info Xazmin!! I haven't ordered them yet but I plan on it. I think nibbling on one square at a time would do it for me too. I put together the kids' Easter baskets today and I think I'm in big trouble. I kept nibbling on chocolate before they were done. I'll have to have my hubby hide the chocolate when the Easter bunny comes on Sunday. I'll wait until the chocolate supply is gone before ordering me some Amberlyn!!

That little weight loss this week could become a big gain by Wednesday if I don't watch out!!

Much love from NJ,
Sue

Oh btw, the third column looks ok to me. It doesn't look like there's a problem....

Mmm, thanks for the heads up! I'll have to check that out.

And yes, it looks like your third column is messed up. It starts at the end of the middle column. Hope that does the trick!

yes, I'm seeing the same as Amber.

Sorry Xasmin, maybe it's my PC screen. I'm not sure.

But anyways, Happy Easter!

& Thanks for dropping by!

Hand Made for Fall - A party and a Giveaway!

I've been a busy girl! I have been wanting to do a giveaway for Fall, and when my fab friend Heidi revealed that her Monthly Craft Challenge for October would be Fall-themed crafts, I thought "YES! I will do a giveaway of Fall items - handmade by me!" So today I'm linking up with Heidi , and introducing my Handmade For Fall Giveaway as I show you what I've made for Heidi's party ! Sound good? First, a while back I showed you some coasters that I made, but it was clear back when I first started blogging, so I'm going to show you again with this new seasonal set! This idea has been floating around blog land, and I've seen several different variations. Here's how I do it. You will need: paper napkins, 4x4 ceramic tiles, 4x4 cork squares, MOD PODGE (what else?), sponge brushes (not shown), and polyurethane (not shown). Start by cutting your napkin down to a manageable size, slightly bigger than your tile. Next spread a layer of mod podg onto the t

Sunkissed Citrus Scentsy, and Melon Medley from the Walmart knock-off scents! 3. rubbing alcohol (I know, I need help) 4. along those same lines...nail polish and nail polish remover. Dislike: coffee Touch Like: 1. The click, click of the keyboard beneath my fingers! 2. back massage from my husband - he has magic hands! 3. an ice cold soda can on the back of my neck on a hot summer day! 4.Hot showers Dislike: Hot glue on my fingertips! Occupational hazard for me! Sound 1. My baby (okay she's 2 now!) whispering "secrets" in my ear. 2. My kiddo's giggles. 3. My husband's singing. He has a very nice si

Mod Podge Mania!

I am so super excited for our first edition of Mod Podge Mania! I love this stuff, and I LOVE getting new ideas for how to use it...so hopefully this will be a great place for "inspiration" where we can all get some fun new ideas! So here's how it will work. Post about a project on your blog, along with instructions on how you created your mod podge masterpiece! OR you can do a post featuring a project you have seen someone else do, just to pass the idea along. Just make sure you give credit where credit is due! Also, make sure to include a link back to my blog in your post! Next, link up by entering your name and copying the URL to your post into Mr. Linky - he's waiting at the bottom of this post.
