Friend Makin' Mondays!!!

Today's task: 10 things that just really get you fuzzed up (that means makes you mad)

Here are my 10:

1. When my kids fight. They fight over the DUMBEST things and it makes me CRAZY!

2. When people take their dogs out without a leash. I don't care if he's a "really good dog, and won't run off"...the law says keep him on a leash people!!!

3. When I try to google a picture of something innocent and get something completely inappropriate. This especially ticks me off when I happen to have a kiddo looking over my shoulder and they are BLINDED by something they don't need to see.

4. People who don't obey traffic laws. I know, I know, I'm a nerd...but I am such a rule person. Which brings me to...

5. When people make up their own "special rules" for board games. I have issues, I know - but when ya change the rules, you're messin' with the mojo and it might alter the outcome! How do I know that you would have actually beat me if you had played the way the rules say?

6. Right now...SNOW! Every time I look out the window and see yet a fresh batch of the white stuff, I want to swear! But I don't. Okay, I did once.

7. When my husband tells me I spend too much time on the computer. Is it really his business? :-)

8. When I ask a store employee a question and they say: "I don't know, that's not my department". End of discussion, no "I don't know, but I'll be glad to find out", just nothin'. You work at a store! First rule of customer service...it's ALWAYS your department!

9. When cars don't stop for pedestrians who are waiting at a crosswalk to cross. I think it's so rude when car after car after car goes by, and a person (usually a mom and her kids) is stuck standing there forever waiting to cross.

10. On that note...I hate it when people are like 5 feet from a cross walk, and decide to run across the street NOT in the crosswalk, and everyone has to slam on their breaks.

I pretty much just can't stand rude, non-rule following people! (But if you're a nice non-rule following person...I probably still love you!)

What makes you mad? If you'd like to play go over to Kasey's to read the rules and link up! Happy Monday everyone!

I don't like when people don't pick up after their dogs either...gross. I'm with you and the snow too because we're supposed to get some tonight, it's making me a little sad. Cute blog design.

I love love love the header!!!!

I have always said, people should have to go back and take written test after 10 years. It's amazing how the rules of driving slip the mind. Hello the thing beside the steering wheel is called a turn signal. It's there for a reason!!
OK, I'm in Southern Cal, so I don't understand your #6, But I am right there with you for 1 - 5 and 8 - 10. My husband doesn't do #7. Or if he thinks it, he doesn't say it. (smart man.)

Girl, you crack me up. I found these so fuuny and soo true. Love the one where people make up their own rules for board games! I am like that too, I always follow the rules! I really enjoyed reading your list!
It totally bugs my hubby when the kids fight, but I have just learned to tune it out...I seriously just don't hear it anymore!

And unfortunately, there is no such thing as customer service anymore. It is really sad.

Hope you have a great week!! Thanks as always for your super sweet comments on my blog. Hope you don't get anymore snow.

Love your list!

I have to admit I am guilty of #2 and yes I have to say it...but she's really good!

I have had #3 happen to my daughter while she was doing research for school...OUCH! Now there's a blocker on the computer that wil not allow anything thats not rated by their individual age to come up, they have to sign in to use the computer!

Love the new look~ You so Rock Sistah!

Oh I loved your list! Yes, I am a rule-watching person too. People that think they are above the rules drive me crazy!!!And rude people too!

It's so fun to get all of these things off our chests! All of these lists are making me laugh!

XOXO

Great list girl! And so funny. You thought of some really good ones!

Although I do have to admit that I don't *always* follow the rules. I do speed most of the time. Not unhealthy speeding, just always a little over. :)

Have a great Monday! Love the new look, my blog makeover is almost done & I am SOOOOO excited!!!
oooo, love the new layout!---here are some of mine:
-people who blindly follow popular political movements/ideas without having a clue for they stand for or where they originated
-people who work in customer service and have NO desire to serve the customers...I almost clocked the cart guy at Bloom the other day--he wouldn't even LOOK at me when I asked him a question
-people who let their kids make all kinds of obnoxious noise in a church service and don't get up and take them out for a breather (or to the nursery!)
-overpriced kids' clothes

Okay, sorry I will stop ranting now ;)

I hate the dog without a leash thing too. Especially when it makes me feel like I can't take my dog out for a walk because I don't know how the other dog will act!

Well, I follow most rules...except I speed...and I'm sure there are a few other rules I break, but not many. ☺ I am so with you on #5!! I played Monopoly yesterday for 4 hours with a bunch of cheaters making up their own rules!! It was quite frustrating. I can't believe that didn't show up on my list!

Great list!!

Hope you have a marvelous Monday!

Today I was in a store. I was looking for a dress and they lady said to me "I do not work in this department, I am just filling in for the girl who is out today".

I am having my Round Robin on Friday April 10th if you want to share one of your craft ideas.

Have a great day.

P.S. Love the look of your blog. I see another Mod Podge Mania is coming up.
I can't stand kids fighting -- it's why I only have 1 child. Fighting drives me crazy!
I purposely didn't list anything my kids did since I there are too many things to list that they drive me insane doing....bickering and tattling are the two worst in my book.
You would never want to play games here. Our kids are constantly changing the game rules to suit themselves and sometimes we even change them when we are playing as a family to make it easier on the younger kids.
I get frustrated with the pedestrians that wait in between cars to cross so that I can't see them until I am already driving past them...how am I supposed to stop for someone I can't see?
Ack! Rules! I hate when people break them... except when it's me. ;) Ahahahah.

Thanks for your lovely comments today.
I love your new blog look! It looks wonderful. I love your fuzzed up list! I agree with all those!

Hand Made for Fall - A party and a Giveaway!

I've been a busy girl! I have been wanting to do a giveaway for Fall, and when my fab friend Heidi revealed that her Monthly Craft Challenge for October would be Fall-themed crafts, I thought "YES! I will do a giveaway of Fall items - handmade by me!" So today I'm linking up with Heidi , and introducing my Handmade For Fall Giveaway as I show you what I've made for Heidi's party ! Sound good? First, a while back I showed you some coasters that I made, but it was clear back when I first started blogging, so I'm going to show you again with this new seasonal set! This idea has been floating around blog land, and I've seen several different variations. Here's how I do it. You will need: paper napkins, 4x4 ceramic tiles, 4x4 cork squares, MOD PODGE (what else?), sponge brushes (not shown), and polyurethane (not shown). Start by cutting your napkin down to a manageable size, slightly bigger than your tile. Next spread a layer of mod podg onto the t

Mod Podge Mania!

I am so super excited for our first edition of Mod Podge Mania! I love this stuff, and I LOVE getting new ideas for how to use it...so hopefully this will be a great place for "inspiration" where we can all get some fun new ideas! So here's how it will work. Post about a project on your blog, along with instructions on how you created your mod podge masterpiece! OR you can do a post featuring a project you have seen someone else do, just to pass the idea along. Just make sure you give credit where credit is due! Also, make sure to include a link back to my blog in your post! Next, link up by entering your name and copying the URL to your post into Mr. Linky - he's waiting at the bottom of this post. It would be helpful if you put the name of your project along with your name so people will know what they are coming to look at! (example: Xazmin - decorative eggs) Last, go check out everyone's fabulous projects and let the inspiration begin! You can link up as
