Pretty Mama If You're Single...

Welcome to another captivating edition of Video Countdown To Vegas!

I know you're all on the edge of your seats just wondering what video I have in store for you today!

Well I won't keep you in suspense any longer. The performance I have chosen for today is an AOL Sessions performance of their song "Single". It's another of their new songs, from their new album The Block.

I really love this song, and I REALLY love this performance of this song. I must also point out that my boy Joey is in particularly fine form in this video. I think he probably has the best voice of the 5.

Anyway...hope you enjoy! And I will KNOW if you just leave a comment, and don't really watch it! (Vivienne). Just kidding...you don't have to watch...but you will be missing out if you don't...I'm just sayin'.

Okay, I just tried to embed the video, and it's been disabled...Wah! So you'll have to follow the link to watch it. Make sure to maximize the screen for optimal viewing pleasure!

OK, I watched and hope we are still friends, but I don't follow this band. Sorry, old lady here :) Uh, still not disclosing the actual age ;)

It's always nice though when you're fav band comes out with new stuff AND you're going to see them in concert!! Yay, for you!

Sigh...Joey looks so handsome in his tie!!! :)

I think it's cute how into NKOTB you are. I guess I have 'old lady syndrome' because I'm not really that into them this time around (but I thought they were cool back when I was a kid). I hope you have a BLAST when you go see them in concert!
pfft. No embedded video? I would have watched it if the video was right here... but I'm not going to go following links, searching for it.

I think the best line in your post was: "Make sure to maximize the screen for optimal viewing pleasure!" LOL!

I watched part of it...I'm glad you love it! I'm excited for you to be excited! I've never had a celebrity crush like you do....at least not on any guys! ;)

Ok, for some reason I can't get there right now, the computer is about to die.
However, the fact that you LOVE NKOTB and you admit it, and so many other people love them? Makes me happy. And I'm not even into them that much. BUT, they were the first boy band, baby! :)

OH, Xazmin!!! YOU know how I love me some Joey...and this is VERY good representation! I love that song...especially, the part where Joey *swoon* sings "he don't tell you that you're beautiful...let me tell it to ya to the beat...he don't tell ya that he loves you girl...let me sing it in harmony." Makes me swoon everytime I hear it. I'm so glad I saved this to watch on Monday...Ok, it would have been just as good if I had watched it Friday, but I really needed a pick-me-up this morning and this video delivered! I can't WAIT...Full Service here we come! I think my countdown is 32 days! WOOHOO!

Hand Made for Fall - A party and a Giveaway!

I've been a busy girl! I have been wanting to do a giveaway for Fall, and when my fab friend Heidi revealed that her Monthly Craft Challenge for October would be Fall-themed crafts, I thought "YES! I will do a giveaway of Fall items - handmade by me!" So today I'm linking up with Heidi , and introducing my Handmade For Fall Giveaway as I show you what I've made for Heidi's party ! Sound good? First, a while back I showed you some coasters that I made, but it was clear back when I first started blogging, so I'm going to show you again with this new seasonal set! This idea has been floating around blog land, and I've seen several different variations. Here's how I do it. You will need: paper napkins, 4x4 ceramic tiles, 4x4 cork squares, MOD PODGE (what else?), sponge brushes (not shown), and polyurethane (not shown). Start by cutting your napkin down to a manageable size, slightly bigger than your tile. Next spread a layer of mod podg onto the t...

Called To Serve

Detroit, Michigan.  That's where my boy will be serving for the next 2 years.  Perhaps he won't be right in the city the whole time. Perhaps he won't spend any time in the city at all.  But the Michigan, Detroit mission is where he has been called to serve. I don't think it has completely hit me yet.  It's not really possible to comprehend the reality of Kaden being 1,600 miles away for 2 solid years with only written contact except for the 2 times a year he will be able to call/skype home.  Like, I literally can't imagine what it will be like or how it will feel.  I'm sure it's going to be hard at times, that I'll miss him like crazy and just want to hear his voice.  We've always had a close relationship and we talk about anything and everything.  It's hard to imagine only speaking in person 4 times over the next two years. But there is absolutely no place I'd rather have him be, and nothing else I'd rather have him doing than ...
