Not just a slacker, but a liar as well?

Okay, who's a slacker? I am! I am!

But who loves me anyway? You do! You do!

You do....right?

Vivienne tagged me in the fun blog game "5 truths and a lie". Basically I'm going to share 6 things about myself. 5 of them are true. Your challenge is to guess the one that is false. You ready? I've decided to follow the "scandalous" theme that I've seen a few others do....

1. I used to sneak out the bedroom window in the middle of the night to go meet my boyfriend and then sneak back in before morning.

2. I once kissed 2 different boys in the same night. And they were best friends.

3. I met my husband when I was 18 - cruising State Street, and he came back to my friends house with me and stayed all night.

4.I believe in, and practiced abstinence before marriage.

5. I kissed my best friend's boyfriend at the baseball park one night when they were in a fight.

6. I had a boyfriend at the time I met my husband.

Well, now that you've completely lost any and all respect you may have had for me - I'm anxious to see what you all really think of me. Which one is the lie? Let me know in the comments, and I'll tell you the answer sometime this week!

Oh, and I'm supposed to tag some people too. There's only like 5 people who read my blog anymore, and all of them have already been tagged! But let me rack my brain and I will come up with some....

Okay, I think the following people have NOT played yet - sorry if I'm wrong!

I hope you all will still respect me in the morning.

But I've been wrong before! :)

I just met you. This is the first of your posts I've read. So I'm not working with much background information.

But I know what I HOPE is a lie: #4.

Hand Made for Fall - A party and a Giveaway!

I've been a busy girl! I have been wanting to do a giveaway for Fall, and when my fab friend Heidi revealed that her Monthly Craft Challenge for October would be Fall-themed crafts, I thought "YES! I will do a giveaway of Fall items - handmade by me!" So today I'm linking up with Heidi , and introducing my Handmade For Fall Giveaway as I show you what I've made for Heidi's party ! Sound good? First, a while back I showed you some coasters that I made, but it was clear back when I first started blogging, so I'm going to show you again with this new seasonal set! This idea has been floating around blog land, and I've seen several different variations. Here's how I do it. You will need: paper napkins, 4x4 ceramic tiles, 4x4 cork squares, MOD PODGE (what else?), sponge brushes (not shown), and polyurethane (not shown). Start by cutting your napkin down to a manageable size, slightly bigger than your tile. Next spread a layer of mod podg onto the t...

Mod Podge to the Rescue

Have you noticed that eggs and nests seem to be a common theme in home decor - especially with people making some decor changes for spring? I've seen some pretty cute stuff! For example - what do you think of these? If you like this look, you can get it at Williams-Sanoma. You'll pay $36 for the eggs, and $68 for 1 glass hurricane. They don't include the greenery! Sheesh! Maybe you could go online and find the whole look, already put together, like this: You'll pay $39 for that teeny one, and if you'd like a larger one - you'll shell out $89! Good thing I'm the Queen of Mod Podge! Remember this beauty that I found at the DI for $5? Well, I gathered up my trusty mod podge, the left over scrap book paper from this project, some plastic eggs that I got for 79 cents at Walmart, and a bag of moss that was around $2, also from Walmart. I mod podged the eggs closed so they wouldn't pop open while I was working with them, then I cut the scrapbook paper into ...
