Taggeriffic!

The always fabulous JennyKate has tagged me on her blog! She thought I might need a blog prompt because I've been such a slacker! The sad thing is, I actually have a TON of stuff I want to blog about - I just never seem to find the time! Here's how the tag works: Answer the following 8 questions, tag 8 friends, and have them answer 8 new questions.

JennyKate's questions for me:

1. What are you most looking forward to about fall?

The colors, and smells in the mountains. I'm not sure there is anything more glorious than the colors and smells of fall in the Wasatch Mountains. I'm looking forward to many Sunday afternoon drives with the kids in the mountains!

2. What are some current things on your to-do list?

I am trying to get our basement cleaned and a bedroom finished for Cowgirl. I'd actually like to post some pictures of that some day!!

3. Do you go to Starbucks? If so, what's your favorite drink?

Sorry JennyKate - no coffee for this girl!

4. What is your favorite book right now?

I just re-read The Alliance. I read it many times over as a teenager. It is an amazing action/adventure novel that beautifully illustrates the eternal principle of agency. I find it so accurately portrays the absolute truth that no matter what ways you come up with to FORCE a person to do good things, you can never make him a good person. We are only good, if we CHOOSE to be - not just because we are forced to be. I highly recommend it.

5. What was your favorite movie from the summer?

Sadly, I have not been to a single movie this summer.

6. Do you take pictures? If so, what kind of camera do you use (even if it is your camera on your phone)? Show us your recent favorite pic!

I LOVE taking pictures - although I'm not very good at it! I have a Panasonic Lumix, and I love it! I took this picture a couple of days ago when we were in a local craft mall and Monkey found this and took it upon herself to model it for us - it was hilarious!

7. Who is your favorite celebrity?

It is currently soccer season - my ReAL boys are doing AWESOME! I've been to several games, and watch on T.V. when I don't get a chance to go to the game. So for now - my current celebrity obsession has got to be this boy:

Chris Wingert

8. Why did you originally start your blog?

I first thought it might be a good way to get some attention for the hairbow business I was doing with my friend Tanielle - it quickly became apparent to me that my blog would be the avenue to something far more valuable than attention for my business. I've met some of my dearest friends through blogging.

Now I tag: The Polka Dot Daisy, Serenity Now, FrouFrou Britches, Karen's Korner, Emmy Mom, Sweet Pea, Bless This Mess, Adventures in Rollerskating.

Here are my questions for you:

Are you a night-owl or an early-bird? And would you change it if you could?

If you could go back to any moment in your past and make a different choice, would you? If it's not too personal - what was that moment?

Do you believe in prayer?

If you won a $500 shopping spree, but had to spend it in ONE store - what store would it be?

What is your favorite food?

Who has been your biggest inspiration in life?

Which room is your favorite room in your house?

Are you a country-girl, or a city-girl? And I'm not asking where you LIVE but who you are!

Great questions and thanks for tagging me. Fall is beautiful on the Wasatch Front, but Durango, CO might have it beat. Not only is it In the mountains with all the beautiful colors, but fall lasts from beginning of August sometimes into December, it is glorious.

Geat answers, and even greater questions! I may have to steal one or two of 'em when I finally get my post done that Shawn tagged me for. I'm feeling horribly uncreative right now...
