I'm still alive

My mom has been repremanding me about my lack of blogging. I know I deserve it.

The thing is, I have a situation I am involved in that is really consuming so much of my time and energy. But I am here. I do miss you. And rather than making promises that I'll be better at blogging, just know that I will blog as much as I can, and visit when I am able to.

I really love all my bloggy friends, and hope you don't leave me for my lack of blog activity recently!

I also want to remind everyone that Mod Podge Mania has snuck up on me again! Please be sure to come back tomorrow and link up your projects! Also, spread the word so we can have as many partiers as possible!

Thanks!

Hand Made for Fall - A party and a Giveaway!

I've been a busy girl! I have been wanting to do a giveaway for Fall, and when my fab friend Heidi revealed that her Monthly Craft Challenge for October would be Fall-themed crafts, I thought "YES! I will do a giveaway of Fall items - handmade by me!" So today I'm linking up with Heidi , and introducing my Handmade For Fall Giveaway as I show you what I've made for Heidi's party ! Sound good? First, a while back I showed you some coasters that I made, but it was clear back when I first started blogging, so I'm going to show you again with this new seasonal set! This idea has been floating around blog land, and I've seen several different variations. Here's how I do it. You will need: paper napkins, 4x4 ceramic tiles, 4x4 cork squares, MOD PODGE (what else?), sponge brushes (not shown), and polyurethane (not shown). Start by cutting your napkin down to a manageable size, slightly bigger than your tile. Next spread a layer of mod podg onto the t...

If you're new to MPM , here's the deal: Share a mod podge project. It can be one of your own, or one you've seen somewhere else. If you use someone else's idea, please just make sure to give credit where credit is due. Post about the project and link up below with Mister Linky. You can link up as many projects as you'd like. Please make sure to do the following: a) Include a link to my blog in your post, so others will know where to go to see more great projects! b) Please take time to visit as many of the other participants as possible. The whole idea is to share and GET great new ideas for using Mod Podge! For my project this month, I forgot to take a before picture! But my last month's project was photographed sitting on top of this month's project! So I cropped that picture to give you a little ide...
